The right side of your web page contains a navigation bar for easy access of different categories of items in the gift shop as well as your order history (if logged in). Cart Process in 4 steps

If you are already a member, click on “I already have an account”. Fill in the user name & Password and click Login.
If a new user clicks on “I want to create a new account”, the system prompts you to enter your email address, password and other contact details as requested.
Please provide legitimate and authentic information about yourself to enable us to service your order effectively.
2Billing & Shipping Address
Fill in the details in the Billing Details form. We need a legitimate billing and shipping address for a successful transaction. Please enter accurate details.
If your books are needed to be shipped to different address, click button “Save and Use This Address”.
If you want the same address, then click on the radio button “Use this address as my Shipping Address” & then click “Save and Use This Address”.
3Product Review
– Apart from the products purchases list you have the option of deleting or editing the quantity.
– Provision to edit Billing & Shipping address.
Once you are finished, click on “Confirm Order” button. There is no going back from here and if you wish you make changes, you will have to start all over again.
You will be lead to the payment page, where you get to choose the suitable payment option.

1What payment methods are available?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards issued in India.
International cards and Diners club cards are not accepted.
Apart from India credit and debit Cards, we accept payments by Internet Banking (53 banks) and ZaakPay Wallet.
2Do you accept payment made by credit/debit cards issued in other countries?
We do not accept internationally issued credit/debit cards. International Net Banking is also not supported.

Shipping, Delivery and Order Tracking

1Can I check / track my order?
Yes, Radha Govind Dham users will be able to check and track his/her previous orders by clicking “My Profile” button on the top of the site (visible on each page). By clicking on this link the user lands in “My Shopping Cart”, where he can check the Status of the Order, Get a link to do the payment directly & Print an Invoice of the order.
2What are the different stages of “Order Status”?
Users can know these different stages of “Order”.
1. Awaiting Payment – Order is placed & we are yet to receive the payment from you.
2. Pending Order – We have received the order from you and are waiting for the authorization from the bank or in case of DD / Cheques, till the banks credit the amount into our bank account.
3. Processing Order – After we receive the payment approval from the bank we will start processing your order after the necessary procurement of the products.
4. Shipped – After the procurement of the products we have given it to our logistics partner to be delivered it to you.
5. Delivered – The order has been delivered to destination specified by you.
3Can I cancel my order after submitting it?
You can cancel an order provided it has not reached the “Processing” status. You need to mail us the Order Id to email requesting for the cancellation of the orders. We will confirm the same by email, if the order can be cancelled.
4How much does shipping cost?
Shipment charges are included in the final cost of your order. We usually ship by Speed Post (Indian Postal Service) or a nation-wide courier service like DTDC, Overnite Express, Professional, Blue-dart, etc.

6Confirmation of order
As soon as an order is authorized for payment, you will receive e-mail confirmation for the same. This will indicate your order no, which you can refer later for checking the online status of your order.
7Delivery period
Generally, item(s) are shipped in 2-4 working days depending on availability, quantity, and place of delivery. Please note that no shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays.
Items should arrive at your doorstep within 7 business working days after the date of shipment.
8Shipping details
A “Dispatch Confirmation” mail will be sent to you on shipment of your order. This will contain the consignment number & all other details of your order.
9Shipping Locations
Currently, shipments are done within India only.
